Monica Melegari earned her Bachelor degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Bucharest, her Master’s degree in Communication Studies from the College of New Rochelle in New York, and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.

Monica is the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Fundamentals of Legal Drafting, and Negotiations Seminar.

While in law school, Monica was a summer associate for a boutique litigation firm specializing in securities and commercial litigation. Monica also worked as a judicial intern at the New York Supreme Court for Honorable Judge Gerald Lebovits, and as a legal intern with Regeneron Pharmaceuticals during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Prior to law school, Monica worked as a business development manager for a luxury branding agency, and as a financial assistant and business manager in the legal and real estate investment industries.

Monica is fluent in French and Italian.
