Adam Miller is a highly-skilled trial lawyer and investigator with significant experience in all areas of criminal law. Adam represents individuals and entities charged with a wide array of criminal offenses ranging from white collar matters to general criminal defense. Adam has represented clients charged or investigated by the United States Department of Justice, numerous United States Attorney's Offices, all five New York City District Attorney’s Offices, New York State Attorney General's Office, SEC, CFTC, New York City Department of Investigation, United States Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control, United Kingdom's Financial Services Authority, Rockland County District Attorney's Office and Westchester County District Attorney's Office.

Adam also represents individuals and entities in select civil matters and has been called upon by other law firms to serve as trial counsel. Most recently, Adam achieved a complete defense victory in New York State Supreme Court after a six-day trial.

Adam began his legal career as a trial attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney's Office's Trial Division where he prosecuted numerous major felonies and misdemeanors ranging from DWI to homicide. Adam was then appointed to the Major Economic Crimes Bureau where he was promoted to Deputy Bureau Chief. As a Deputy Chief, Adam supervised approximately twenty-five attorneys in all areas of white collar prosecution ranging from corporate embezzlement to stock manipulation. Adam has taught trial advocacy at law schools throughout the nation. He served as an adjunct professor of trial advocacy at St. John's University School of Law, taught advanced trial advocacy at Emory University School of Law and lectured on cross examination techniques at New York Law School. Adam also serves as a faculty member at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office's Trial Advocacy Program. He has lectured on the Martin Act to regulators at the New York City Office of the CFTC, served as a panelist at an international criminal prosecutions forum held at the City Bar of New York and presented a case study on sanctions evasion to members of the FBI and Secret Service at the National Ground Intelligence Center in Charlottesville, Virginia.
